DESCRIPTION
Interlocked dwellings around a courtyard
The Sicila Spiral Residences consist of 3 townhouses developed around a central courtyard above a shared basement podium that hosts the car park.
Each dwelling is distributed across 3 levels; each level rotating 90 degrees from the previous one as they ascend around the central courtyard.
The result is a spiral stacking in which each dwelling has views to all 4 sides, an individual ground floor entry and a private rooftop.
The location of the different parts of the dwelling differs in each dwelling providing the option of having the living area at ground level, on level 2 or on the top floor.
All dwellings have a dedicated car space in a shared basement,3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and a second living area or office. Each dwelling has an individual entry on the ground floor directly from the street.
